Many consumers turned to flexible pickup options such as curbside, drive-through, and buy online, pick up in stores (BOPIS) even more shoppers relied on delivery. Consumers turned to omnichannel offerings and shopped earlierĪmid mounting Covid-19 cases and new restrictions, in-store foot traffic fell almost 19% this holiday season, compared with the previous year.
